Where things stand

The Western Sydney duplex is now underway: demolition began the week of 2 November 2026, with an expected completion window around May 2027. That date is a working target, not a guarantee, and will be revised publicly when the programme changes.

Publishing rules we follow

  1. Milestones appear only when verified.
  2. Photography is labelled honestly — render, progress or completed.
  3. Roles of architects, licensed builders and trade contractors are attributed accurately.
